Dawie Nel, Managing Director at RLB Indian Ocean, holds a B.Sc (Hons) Construction Management degree at the University of the Free State in South Africa, and is a registered Professional Construction Project Manager with the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP).

His professional skills include project management, dispute resolution, commercial management, procurement management, tenant coordination, quality management and risk management, amongst others.

He has been involved in various large-scale projects across the retail, hospitality, and residential sectors of the construction industry in Africa and the Indian Ocean islands for more than 13 years.
