Fountains View is a recently developed student housing complex spanning 15,500 square meters and offering 898 beds. Designed to provide students with more than just a place to sleep, it offers a nurturing 'home away from home' environment, where residents can thrive both academically and personally.

The burgeoning trend of constructing diverse student housing options in South Africa reflects a substantial investment in the nation’s youth. This 10-storey building addresses the pressing need for adequate student accommodations in the vicinity, strategically positioned to cater to students of Tshwane University of Technology and UNISA.

Designed by Boogertman + Partners Architects, the project is imbued with a core commitment to community enrichment and the provision of secure, accessible student lodgings. Within its walls, students will find designated study hubs, state-of-the-art computer laboratories, and collaborative spaces conducive to group work. Moreover, the residence boasts sports and fitness amenities, alongside inviting communal and social areas.

RLB’s team of dedicated quantity surveyors diligently navigated challenges to maintain alignment with the scheduled practical completion deadline of December 2023. We were extremely proud to support our client in ensuring the readiness of Fountains View for occupancy by the students of Pretoria, welcoming them as the academic year commenced early 2024.
