Skills development and internships
As part of our commitment to continuously support and sponsor various skills development and skill transfer initiatives, we offer industry-related internships for Student Quantity Surveyors as well as Candidate Quantity Surveyors.
Internal training
Training, on a regular basis, is offered on various, relevant industry topics and documentation to enhance the skills of all employees in support of their Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and in preparation to achieve their professional qualifications.
Supporting professional qualifications
You’ll be encouraged and sponsored to achieve any professional qualifications essential to your roleand your development. The most common include registration as a Professional Quantity Surveyor (PrQS) with the SACQSP and RICS.
You’ll also be encouraged and enabled to continue your technical learning through updated learning and internal core CPD courses, supported by the dedicated training committee in your office.
