Peter Knowles

Peter Knowles is Executive Vice President of RLB’s North American practice and serves as Corporate Vice Chair.

Peter joined the firm in 1987. As a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years of experience, he has particular expertise in healthcare and sports facilities, and has worked on aviation, commercial, educational, healthcare, hospitality, mission critical, research and technology, and public assembly projects in the United States, Asia, and Europe. Peter specializes in the management of construction cost and time of projects.

I have been with RLB for over thirty years. During this time, I’ve worked closely with my colleagues to help our clients reach their goals. I’m driven by the desire to see our clients achieve success, because ultimately, we don’t succeed unless they do.

A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Peter is also a member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in quantity surveying from the London South Bank University.
