About Us
Liacor International Construction Services Inc. was the first Quantity Surveying practice in the Philippines; a single proprietor founded by Corazon Clemena Ballard together with its first Chairman and President, Liam F Ballard. Since then it has operated under Irish/British/Filipino management.
Liacor’s senior staff consists of experienced and dedicated professionals who have been with the company since its inception and have worked with the founders since 1991.
In 1995, Liacor accepted the invitation of a foreign consortium to become a member of the Rider Hunt, Levett and Bailey Group now Rider Levett Bucknall, with affiliations and offices in over 100 different countries across four continents: Oceania, which covers all over Australia and New Zealand, Asia which covers Philippines, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam, EMEA which covers Europe and Middle East, and America which covers Phoenix Boston, Chicago, Denver, Honolulu, New Jersey, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Florida, Portland Oregon, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington DC together with Canada. The Philippine office is now operating under the corporate name of Rider Levett Bucknall Philippines Inc, which has grown tremendously and is now in its 22nd year of operation.
We have provided Quantity Surveying services and Project/Construction Management on over 644 projects in Luzon and 20 projects in Visayas & Mindanao (Philippines) and other neighboring countries from Office Towers, Residential Condominiums, Hotels, Residential Estates, Industrial Development Plants, Institutional Schools, Ports and Harbors, Roads and Bridges, Airports and Airports Buildings, Commercial Centers, Hospitals, BPO, and Land Development works.
We also served a number of overseas projects within the Pacific Rim including Guam, Saipan, Palau, Hawaii, Australia, Malaysia, Vietnam, and as far as Middle East, Pakistan and Syria.
