Rider Levett Bucknall Awarded The Best Project Team of the Year 2012 at the RICS Hong Kong Property Awards
Rider Levett Bucknall together with Mace Limited and Simon Kwan & Associates was awarded The Best Project Team of the Year 2012 by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Hong Kong Property Awards 2012, for their involvement in Hong Kong Science Park Phase 3 Development.
The RICS Hong Kong Property Awards 2012 aims to recognize the contributions of industry players and outstanding performances of teams and individuals in the Hong Kong property and construction sectors.
Rider Levett Bucknall has been instrumental as part of a project team including Mace Ltd. (the Executive Project Manager) and Simon Kwan & Associates (the Lead Design Consultant) to design and construct Phase 3 of the Hong Kong Science Park Development at Pak Shek Kok – a 153,000 square metre construction floor area of sustainable development consisting of six buildings housing research and development offices, specialist laboratories and conference facilities.
To accomplish the Project objectives, the Project Team is tasked with the responsibility in managing the whole design, construction and delivery process, while upholding the sustainability design principles and maintaining the project costs within a fixed budget. The Project Team is dedicated to providing quality technical and management services throughout the whole design, construction and delivery process through cost effective work execution and highest level of professionalism and integrity.
