The successful management of projects, from inception to completion, requires detailed programme planning from the outset. At Rider Levett Bucknall, we believe that Programme Management is the co-ordinated management of a portfolio of projects that instigate change to organisations to achieve benefits that are of strategic importance. The key difference between projects and programmes is that the programme will deliver benefits that could not have been achieved if the projects had been managed independently to each other.
We ensure that the programme of works is not treated as large projects. The goal will be to achieve clear and well-defined objectives with the least possible resources by identifying and understanding the shareholders’ needs and expectation, which will reduce ambiguity through negotiation.
Our Programme Management will create interfaces between projects, a framework, by which those deliverables are combined to deliver overall business benefits to the client.
