Programme Management

The successful management of projects, from inception to completion, requires detailed programme planning from the outset. At Rider Levett Bucknall, we believe that Programme Management is the co-ordinated management of a portfolio of projects that instigate change to organisations to achieve benefits that are of strategic importance. The key difference between projects and programmes is that the programme will deliver benefits that could not have been achieved if the projects had been managed independently to each other.

We ensure that the programme of works is not treated as large projects. The goal will be to achieve clear and well-defined objectives with the least possible resources by identifying and understanding the shareholders’ needs and expectation, which will reduce ambiguity through negotiation.

Our Programme Management will create interfaces between projects, a framework, by which those deliverables are combined to deliver overall business benefits to the client.

Careers and Vacancies. Rider Levett Bucknall is a global organisation and it may be necessary to forward personal information relating to job applications internally to different regions or companies operating under the Rider Levett Bucknall name. All information will be held in accordance with local data protection laws and legislation. All applications sent via the 'Send Us Your CV' link on www.vacancies.rlb.com will be initially processed in the UK in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998 and sent to any specific region stipulated on the application form under the 'Desired Office' or 'Covering Letter' sections. All other applications made directly to specific vacancies online with be sent and processed by the local region responsible for posting the vacancy on the global website (www.rlb.com).

Cookies. The Sites may use "cookies." A "cookie" is technology that allows our sites to store tokens of information (an "identifier") in your browser used only by our site while you are on our site. Cookies are not used to determine the personal identity of anyone merely visiting our sites. They help us track traffic patterns so that we know which areas of our site users like/don't like.
