As the permanent shared home for both the New York Giants and the New York Jets NFL franchises, the stadium will seat 82,500 fans within an intimate seating bowl, including 10,000 club-level seats and approximately 200 luxury suites. Rider Levett Bucknall prepared early stage conceptual cost estimates to address the financial impact of proposed construction alternatives. During construction, Rider Levett Bucknall monitored contractor change order requests, which often involved the development of independent cost estimates to compare with the contractor’s, or the review of the contractor’s estimate along with comments and suggested adjustments.
