Rider Levett Bucknall

About Us

Rider Levett Bucknall provides clients with over 40 years of successful project delivery on both public and private projects throughout the Caribbean region.

We have taken proven Construction Cost and Project Management skills and developed them to manage problems unique to the Caribbean. These problems include the need to import the vast majority of materials, the use of a limited skilled and efficient work force, immigration controls and construction contracts unique to the region.

Proactive skills have been developed within this environment to analyse, assess and assign risks, including constantly checking material deliveries, work force availability and overall programming to avoid potential delays and consequent cost implications.

Martyn Bould has been practising in the Caribbean since the early 1970’s and in 2004 he teamed up with the UK’s Bucknall Austin to supplement local Caribbean intelligence with additional global resources.  In 2007, Bucknall Austin joined Rider Hunt and Levett & Bailey to form the Rider Levett Bucknall global practice, which now represents more than 2,800 people in 100 offices around the globe.

Led by Martyn Bould, Mark Williamson and Julian Anderson, Rider Levett Bucknall operates throughout the Caribbean region from offices in Barbados and the Cayman Islands.
