Chris Perrins appointed Associate Director and Shareholder

Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) in Christchurch is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Perrins to its senior management team.

As a key member of our Christchurch-based team, Chris has over 25 years’ experience in a range of project sectors, including primary, secondary and higher education, residential, retail, health and the public sector.

Since joining RLB in 2013, after starting his career in the UK, he has had extensive involvement with all commercial aspects of projects.

Focusing on cost planning through all pre-contract cycles including tender evaluation, negotiation and value management. He actively participates in the early stages of developments to provide cost effective outcomes for clients. Chris also provides full post contract services delivering projects within budget.

His career highlights include, Canterbury Engineering the Future for the University of Canterbury, Sheffield Millennium Galleries and Winter Gardens (UK), Building Schools for the Future Program (UK), Millennium Square (UK), The Moor Public Realm (UK) and Chaucer School (UK).
